Return & Refund Policy
At Lilak, we strive to deliver high-quality products that match your expectations. Since each product is custom-made when you place an order, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong size, design, or color, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with images.
- Lost in Transit: For items lost during shipping, we will process refund once the shipping status confirms the item is lost.
- Size discrepancies: For size issues, provide product images and size measurements to assist in checking with the production team. Please be aware that a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel products and is not eligible for returns or refund.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor color variations due to screen differences. Although world-class digital printers are used, the colors may not always match the provided designs exactly and could slightly differ.
- Negligent unboxing: We request You to be careful with unboxing of your products, at the time of unboxing, If damaged by scissors or sharp objects, refunds or replacements aren’t possible unless: Unpacking videos are provided, Images of the courier cover are sent.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at lilakmerch@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and photos of the item.
- Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide the next steps.
Refund Policy
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lilakmerch@gmail.com.
