  • All products are made to order, and processing begins after you complete the purchase.
  • Order processing & printing typically take 2-5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Within India: 2-5 business days
  • 🚀 Express Shipping (if available) can reduce shipping times. Additional charges may apply.

Note: Shipping times may vary due to unforeseen factors like weather, customs, or high demand periods.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please allow a grace period of 3-5 days before contacting us.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package, please check with your local carrier.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders

  • If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, the order may be returned.
  • Reshipping charges will apply for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address and the customer refuses to pay for reshipping, a refund will be issued excluding shipping costs.
